- Pressure washing all surfaces that are getting painted to clean off any grime, mildew, debris, etc.
- Depending on kind of substrate and how dirty it is, a soft wash and rinse with an eco friendly detergent may be necessary in addition to pressure washing
- Masking off of windows and other areas that paint is to be excluded
- Scraping and sanding of chipping and peeling paint
- Possible siding repair of rotten or degraded wood
- Possible spackling/ Bondo work on any smaller holes in siding
- Priming of any raw wood
- Caulking with top quality elastomeric urethanized caulk of any appropriate gaps and cracks, for example between siding and trim
- Between one and three top coats depending on customers preferences, possible color changes, and sheen options with top quality Sherwin Williams or Benjamin Moore paint
