How do I book?
Booking can be done by contacting Bryce Cauchy:
CALL / TEXT: (231)360-1162
EMAIL: BRYCESPAINTING@GMAIL.COM
Once contact is made a walkthrough of the property will be scheduled and done with the client.
After completion of the walkthrough an estimate will be sent via email.
If the estimate is accepted by the client, a down payment will be made and the project will be put on the schedule.
Do I buy the Supplies for my Project?
The answer is typically no. I consider it part of my job to assist the client in making the best decisions on products used for their job and acquiring the products.
Typically the product costs are built into the initial down payment and it will be my responsibility to deal with suppliers if there is any problem with the products.
If a customer already has the supplies or insists on buying the supplies, they are responsible if there are any problems with the products themselves.
How & when do I pay?
Once the customer accepts the quote, an invoice is issued via email, and a deposit payment is supplied then to begin work on the job.
Once the job is completed, a final invoice will be issued, and payment supplied for all outstanding work and supply costs.
PAYMENT METHODSCheck is the preferred payment method, however electronic payment processing is available through PayPal if a customer prefers to pay electronically, or with a credit card.
What type of paint will be used?
This depends on what is being painted, budget, and other variables, but for most projects a top quality paint, stain, or clear coat from Sherwin Williams, Benjamin Moore, or PPG is preferred.
Other specialty products will also be used for things like cabinets and millwork.
Do you do touch ups?
Yes. Typically I will do a walkthrough at the end of a job with the client to make sure everything is done to their satisfaction, so there is no need for initial touch ups.
If there are any problems with the painted surfaces that are missed in the walkthrough and identified within 1 year, the touch ups will be done at no additional cost.
Any other touch ups requested due to normal wear and tear or after the 1 year mark, touch ups will be done on a time and materials basis.
Any paint leftover from projects will be left with the client at the conclusion of the job if they want to handle touch ups on their own.
